Synopsis:

Directed by Anika Poitier in her feature debut, this wildly funny mockumentary follows the rise and fall of “The Devil Cats”, LA’s first โ€œreal fakeโ€ all girl rock band. They have the attitude, the passion and the driveโ€ฆall that’s missing is the talent. Pioneering the uncharted territory of โ€œreal fakeโ€ bands, and creating a new movement in the music business, The Devil Cats do everything a real band doesโ€”except play music. However, opportunity knocks and changes their destiny and they are forced to learn their craft and play to a sold out music industry showcase. A hilarious riff on “keeping it real.”
